A Civil Engineer with a distinguished degree and honors, Mr. Al Yazji has honed his skills in project management, procurement, risk planning, design management, construction management, EOT analysis, and off-plan project development, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of time, cost, and quality.
Specializing in off-plan projects, he oversees developments from initial concept and feasibility studies through design, regulatory approvals, construction, and final handover, safeguarding investor interests and ensuring financial and operational efficiency. As CEO, he leads the company’s strategic direction, drives innovation, and makes critical decisions that deliver exceptional results. His ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders distinguishes him as a collaborative leader committed to excellence.
